SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENTS & DISCOUNT CREDITS:
Due to the nature of our business, we may occasionally experience unanticipated outages to your paid products that are outside of our control. We will make every effort to repair the issue and resume service as soon as possible. If the outage persists for multiple consecutive days, you are entitled to request a refund for the month in which the outage(s) occurred. If we are at fault for the outage, we will evaluate the length of the outage and may automatically apply discounts to your monthly subscriptions as a form of compensation. However, we are not required to provide automatic discounts for unforeseen outages.
Please keep in mind that this is a beta product and as such, it may experience more changes, outages, or inaccuracies beyond our control. Therefore, this SLA is in place to help protect you as a customer and ensure that any issues are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner.
SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us at our sole discretion. This includes the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may apply to orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make any changes to or cancel an order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We also reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

SECTION 12 - REFUND POLICY
At Black IV, we have a strict refund policy for our digital products. Due to the intangible nature of our products, all purchases made on https://blackiv.com are considered "used" once the payment has been cleared and are therefore non-refundable or exchangeable.
We will only process a refund in the event of a mistake on our end, such as incorrect billing or failure to provide the services promised. If you believe that you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at Accounts@blackiv.com with a description of the issue and any relevant information. We will review your request and may issue a refund at our discretion.
Please note that we are not required to process a refund for any reason, including if you forgot to cancel your subscription before it was renewed. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription by logging in and navigating to the "My Account" tab, where you can cancel or modify your subscription as needed. If you cancel your subscription, you will lose access to our services immediately.

SECTION 13 - SUBSCRIPTION POLICY
As a member of Black IV, you will be charged for your initial order at the time of purchase. For monthly subscribers, you will then be automatically charged on the 7th of each month. For yearly subscribers, you will be charged once every 12 months. If you sign up for a subscription within 5 days before the 7th of each month (for monthly subscribers) or within 15 days before your annual billing date (for yearly subscribers), your next billing date will be moved to the following month or year. If you cancel on the day of the payment, you may still be charged. To avoid being charged, cancel before the scheduled billing date.
Please note that Black IV reserves the right to make changes to any information, including pricing, technical specifications, purchasing terms, and product or service offers, at any time and without notice. It is your responsibility to keep track of your subscription status and billing dates and to cancel or modify your subscription as needed.
